About Vegas Mold Pro

Vegas Mold Pro is an independent mold inspection and testing company in Las Vegas, Nevada, owned and operated by Charles Baxter. We serve homeowners, home buyers, and property managers throughout Clark County.

Inspector credentials

Charles W. Baxter holds the Certified Residential Mold Inspector (CRMI) certification issued by the Professional Mold Inspection Institute (PMII), awarded June 24, 2026 (certificate no. CRMI0000051412). PMII awarded it after Charles completed PMII’s Residential Mold Inspection course and passed its final exam. The CRMI is a professional certification issued by PMII, a private training organization. It is not a Nevada state license, and no expiration date appears on the certificate.

  • What it shows: that Charles completed PMII’s residential mold inspection training and passed its exam.
  • What it is not: a state license or government approval. Nevada’s licensing rules for inspection-related work are separate from any private certification.
  • Verification: ask us for a copy of the certificate, or contact PMII to confirm it.
  • PMII credentials are PMII’s to issue. Vegas Mold Pro cannot award a CRMI or any other PMII credential.

Inspection and testing only

The company was built around one decision: we don’t do mold remediation. We don’t sell removal, demolition, or reconstruction, and we don’t earn anything from the cleanup that may follow an inspection. When the job is to tell you whether there’s a problem, the person telling you shouldn’t profit from the answer.

That independence shapes how we work:

  • Findings, not sales pitches. If the inspection finds nothing of concern, that’s what the report says.
  • Independent lab analysis. Samples are analyzed by an independent, AIHA-accredited laboratory, not interpreted by eye.
  • Written reports you can use. Reports are typically delivered within 24 hours and are written to be understood by homeowners, buyers, and contractors alike.
  • Flat, transparent pricing. Pricing is quoted before the appointment is booked.
  • Testing only when it helps. We’ll tell you when testing won’t change what you should do.

What we do

What we don’t do

  • Mold remediation, removal, or cleanup
  • Construction, demolition, or repairs
  • Medical diagnosis. Questions about symptoms belong with your physician, and our report can be shared with them.

Service area

Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, Spring Valley, Boulder City, Enterprise, Green Valley, Anthem, Paradise, Mountains Edge, Centennial Hills, and the rest of Clark County. Same-day appointments are often available.

Our planned online course is separate

Vegas Mold Pro is developing an online course on mold and moisture fundamentals. It is not open yet. If it opens, learners who pass its exam will receive a Vegas Mold Pro certificate of course completion, issued by Vegas Mold Pro. That certificate is not a PMII CRMI, not a Nevada license, not a government endorsement or accreditation, and not proof that the holder is qualified to perform professional mold inspections or any other regulated work.

About this website

The guides on this site are written to help Las Vegas homeowners understand mold and moisture problems. They are general information, not medical, legal, or engineering advice. Where we cite health or cleanup guidance, it comes from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
