Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
This policy explains what information Vegas Mold Pro (“we”, “us”) collects through vegasmoldpro.com, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you submit the inspection request form we collect your name, email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, city or area, the service you’re interested in, and your message. We use this information only to respond to your request, provide a quote, and schedule and perform the service you ask for.
Form submissions are stored in this website’s database and sent to our business email. We keep them as long as needed to handle your request and for our ordinary business records, and delete them on request unless we must keep them for legal reasons.
Online booking and inspection reports
If you book an inspection online, we collect your name, email, phone number, the property address, property details, the services you choose, and your message. We use this to schedule and perform the inspection, send status updates, and deliver your report. Inspection reports and laboratory results are stored in a private area of our server that is not publicly accessible and are available to you only through a private link, after the report has been reviewed and released.
Online course accounts and certificates
If you enroll in our online course, we collect your email address, password (stored in hashed form), the name you want on your certificate, your lesson progress, quiz and exam answers, and scores. We use this to deliver the course, grade exams, and issue certificates of course completion. When a certificate is issued, anyone who enters its certificate ID on our verification page can see only the name on the certificate, the course, the issue date, and whether it is valid or revoked. Exam scores and the reasons for any revocation are not shown publicly. We do not publish certificate IDs; you choose who to share yours with.
Payments
When online payment is available, card payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Your card details are entered on the provider’s pages and are not received or stored by our website. We receive a record of the payment amount and status.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our web server records standard log information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of the request. Our hosting provider uses these logs for security and troubleshooting.
Browsing this site does not require an account. WordPress sets login cookies only for people who sign in: site administrators and online-course learners.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address when a page loads. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Maps: the service-area map on our home page is an embedded Google Map, which may set cookies and collect usage data under Google’s policies.
Advertising
We may display advertising served by Google or its partners. If we do, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and/or other sites on the Internet.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, and you can opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the website and business (such as our hosting and email providers), with a laboratory to the extent a sample must be identified with a job, when you ask us to (for example, sending a report to your real estate agent), or when required by law.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted by contacting us through our contact form. Nevada residents may also submit a request directing us not to sell their covered information; we do not sell personal information, but we will confirm any such request.
